CB 2: I agree with utilizing some of the ARPA funds to improve the city website & flooring. Other items, not so much. Low hanging fruit items would be an audio visual system overhaul in chambers, Strata Center cooler replacement, exterior landscaping of city hall, security systems should be looked at for the sr center & scout hall (are they considered park/rec facilities? Also didn’t the PW yard already procure a Ring for the yard? Not enough characters allowed in Granicus to elaborate!
