    Mr. Barragan stated to turnto23.com that, "I personally don't want to be permanent city manager so why is he being considered for interim city manager when he also stated that, "This is a temporary position for me"?

    Re:CS1-recent Statements publicly made by the ICM, cast Cal City in a bad light. A CM is the face of our city, and as such, should at least TRY to put a positive spin on our city. In the interviews he has recently given, he makes claims that lead the public to believe the CM position to be very difficult, when in reality, a qualified CM should be able to fulfill their duties with ease.He claims not to want the job, whilst scaring off potential applicants.
