10.3) PH 3: Cannabis Overlay Districts, to consider applying the Commercial Cannabis Overlay Zone designation to the entirety or a portion of the following Assessor’s Parcel numbers: 225-285-33, 225-061-12 to -14, 225-061-22 to - 25, 350-031-19, 308-130-04, 457-020-05 to -08, -11 to -14, and -26, 457-030-05, -06, -09, and -13. Two of these areas are in the Silver Saddle Ranch area, another 80-acre parcel approximately 5 miles outside of the central City area off Twenty Mule Team Road, and an area at Highway 14 and California City Blvd. (By Contract Interim Planning Director Kanika Kith)
