Xeriscape (ziər.ə.skāp) should be in landscaping theme. (notice that there is no "O" sound in xeriscape)
Lighting should face inward in avoidance or minimize lighting the areas outside of complex, LED lights not mercury vapor lights. Keep light pollution minimal. Yes, some lighting is important for safety
Business operations should not include LOUD ENTERTAINMENT. Face noise devices inward. Set dB limits to 60 dB outside the complex.
