Why is the city considering the 2022/23 budget for fiscal year 2023/24 when the council keeps adding expenses such as the special meeting held on Oct. 21st (Saturday)? The cost for the city attorney being present (by phone) came to around $900 for a close to 4-hour long meeting that should have been done during a regularly scheduled meeting such as this; I don't see how the city can afford to continue the way it's going with adding expenses to an already very tight budget.
