If city goes with Hall Printing; it's costing the city an additional $20,078.45 and if city goes with Alexander Enterprises; it costs roughly $15,543.00-I did the calculations on estimates and added them all up for the services they listed on their estimates. Can the city really afford to pay out this when the city is already financially scrapping? Just wondering.
