Amend and Adopt Resolution No. SA 08-23-2997 of the Successor Agency of the California Redevelopment Agency Approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS 23-24B) for the period January 1, 2024 – June 30, 2024. – by Acting City Manager, Inge Elmes Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. SA 08-23-2997 approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS 23-24B) for the period January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024 for submittal to the Countywide Oversight Board. All ROPS are due to the Department of Finance by October 01, 2023.
