Can someone please let council member Michael Kulikoff know that it's very distracting him using his cell phone during the meeting. He's either texting or checking and seeing him do this takes away from the business at hand. When he does this; it looks like he's more interested in his cell phone than what's going on in the meeting. Thank you.
