    Why can't the city renew the ordinance (#18-767) that's already in place; the one the city adopted on July 31, 2018, for a "public safety only special parcel tax?

    Council wants police and fire put back in the general fund . If we are going to talk about the special tax we need to talk about what it’s actually going to pay for . That should be the only topic. We don’t need a public safety vision if the tax isn’t going to pay them .
