First of all, how much would moving this facility cost and who is paying? If this facility is going to be be used for non profits (501c3 organizations), why would the city taxpayers fund to have it moved, pad, electrical, water, sewer installed and the facility renovated? 2nd: who would pay for the monthly electric/water, etc, if being used for non profits? I do not believe city funds should be used. Did Parks/Recs request this?

No need to spend a ton of money moving this building . The building needs to be redone , left where it is and used where is sits . It even has a picnic area next to it . No need to move it anywhere .

Where ever you move it to it'll still be an old feeble relic. It needs to be sent to the dump or turned into a homeless shelter.
