    AGAIN this was not what the majority of the people who spoke wanted but then that seems to be the norm with some members on this council to IGNORE the public comments! This time is not conducive to folks who must still go to work outside their homes. Limit the time a meeting will go into the evening. Stay on topic! Get rid of 2nd calls, this should be for new information, not to repeat the same comments presented the 1st time.
