In regard to the January 19th Council meeting, deciding to pursue a Quo Warranto on Councilmember Macedonio, I want to let the council know I Disagree with their decision & feel there is no supportive documentation or valid reason that would indicate any conflict over the past two years with her two elected positions. Why did this issue even come up? Based on attorneys at that time, there was no conflict. This is only an issue for two city council members and the mayor, not the public!

Why did this issue even come up? Based on attorneys at that time, there was no conflict, so a person would not even question running for both again when it was perfectly fine before!
