    I am a resident of California City here to address the proliferation of cannabis industries and operations in our community. Cannabis Use Disorder has been increasing among our youth. Cannabis-driven Websites and 3rd party delivery services get away with not carding, and as a result, supply an unlimited amount of marijuana to our youth. I would like to propose a registry of cannabis delivery services for a public safety component and providing community members such as myself with peace of mind.
