Recommendation
For Review and Discussion only. Council to determine if there is a desire to establish a standard of professional behavior for the conduct of City of California City Council Business and to direct staff to place this item on an upcoming agenda.
Council members already received instructions in training regarding the standards for their conduct during meetings. Was Macedonio not paying attention? If she doesn’t comprehend her training, then give her remedial training. Don’t impose the cure for her comprehension deficit on the other members of council.
