Agree-Adoption fees-vet cost had gone up in Dec 20 & Heigl Fndn has been paying a larger subsidy until new master fees are proposed. Unaltered dog license is more than other Kern county shelters, shouldn't it be comparable to Kern County, Went from 65 to 95 last year (see attch) Addit'l cash deposit for young pups/cats to young to be done at adoption should be removed as this is already being charged in the adoption fees. If not done, have already collected a S/N fee, MuniCode Sec 6-1.304(k)
