NB 4 - I believe council members and the community should have the option to go to in person meetings. Before COVID restrictions, unless a controversial issue, I don't believe the audience ever exceeded 30 residents. Folks who still want to view remotely could do so via Granicus until other avenues could be explored when funds are available to upgrade.
