CB 1. Par 3 plan ideas - Ideas included: permanent skate park, splash pad, soccer field (area would need to be leveled), jogging or bike path, vista points with seating. Long term ideas: west side of park used for a cultural center with museums, permanent structures that are convertible for events such as Renaissance Fair and Holiday Village, and indigenous plants for educational purposes.
