Re D5. Robert's Rules versus Rosenberg's Rules. We have a duty to our country and our community. Our officials swore an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States and of the State of California. A duty has been accepted -- a commitment to democracy. In order to bring about the change we all wish to see, we need to learn the rules of civility -- even if it is a lot of work. Robert's Rules of Order are time-tested, a commitment to rules of behavior, a commitment to democracy in action.
