NB 3.    Discuss Cancelling the City Council Meetings on November 23rd and December 28th, 2021 – Interim City Manager Ambrose   RECOMMENDATION: Staff seeks City Council direction on whether to hold the November 23 and December 28 City Council meetings. Should the Council decide to cancel the November 23rd meeting and the December 28th meeting.   City Staff recommends that the City Council approve the following actions: Cancel the scheduled City Council meetings for November 23rd and December 28th. Approve the posting of the cancellations on the City website.
